Bought a house in a village in South Wales, have a reasonably nice view of tree-covered mountains all around. Still haven't found a better job... maybe next year...

It's been...

... a very long time between posts. Essentially the Summer was tough. The company formerly known as NOVA, started transferring us all to branches miles away from where we all lived. I wasn't impressed and finally decided that I had had enough. After holidays in Vietnam, Cambodia and Hiroshima - (I never made it down to Nara or the volcano on Kyuushu) - and a hideous amount of packing later, I returned to the UK to live with my Mum in a little village called Bishopsteignton. If you've never heard of it, frankly, I wouldn't worry about it. On Saturday there is a Fish, Chips and Quiz Evening at the village hall, hosted by "Charles the Post Office" in conjunction with The Methodists (more on them later)and that's all you need to know really!
So, since I am no longer in Tokyo, I have decided to stop writing The Hurrah, and start writing the Blighty Blag. (<-- that's a link!) I will leave the Hurrah where it is and all its cool links and Diva moments to boot, they will not be transferred to the Blag. There's nothing in it yet but I look forward to seeing you on the other side, so to speak...
